Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Flexible working hours * On-the-job training *Program Coordinator* Paramount Pursuits is seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team.
As a Program Coordinator, you will focus on supporting and empowering minority and women entrepreneurs and will play a vital role in creating and implementing programs and initiatives that foster the growth and success of our diverse group of business owners.
*Job Description:* The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the program.
This position requires a person who is detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a team environment.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Team to ensure that all client needs and program responsibilities are met.
Must be willing to commit 25 to 35 hours per week, with the possibility of full-time employment in te future.
Most work hours will occur during business hours (9am to 6pm), with three or four monthly evening meetings (5pm to 8pm).
*Responsibilities:* ·· Work one-on-one with our clients to connect them to the mentors and professional services consultants they need to stabilize and grow their businesses, and support them in their entrepreneurial journey.
· Perform community outreach and attend networking events to promote the Program, and build relationships in the community to support our clients and expand our program.
· Identify and recruit promising entrepreneurs from minority and women communities to participate in the incubator program.
In addition, ensure all onboarding paperwork is complete and accurate.
· Assist in designing marketing materials for the program and actively promote the program on various social media platforms.
· Update client information and activities in CRM software.
· Monitor the success and impact of the program through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
· Manage the onsite day-to-day operations of the incubator, including scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks.
· Organize and facilitate monthly educational workshops, seminars, and networking events to enhance the entrepreneurial skills and knowledge of program participants.
· Collaborate with the management team to define program goals, objectives, and metrics to measure success.
*Qualifications and Experience Needed:* · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent technology skills with experience in using Google Sheets/Excel, Google Forms, Word, and email.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
· Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in entrepreneurship.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
00 - $18.
