Service Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Duties: - Develop and implement service plans for individuals with developmental disabilities - Coordinate and monitor service delivery to ensure quality and compliance with regulations - Collaborate with community resources and service providers to meet the needs of individuals - Maintain accurate documentation and records Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role, such as social work or program management, is preferred - Knowledge of behavioral health and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable - Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and program development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.
