Customer Service Representative

Provide Excellent Customer service.
Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgable .
Full- Time 35-40 hours per week-Rotate Saturdays off/on.
Closed Sunday.
We Close daily at 6pm- and 3:30 on Saturdays.
Shifts vary and flexible, must be available to open ( 8am) and Close ( 6pm) .
Saturdays are 8:30-3:30 pm .
Every other Saturday is an OFF Saturday.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and excellent work history required.
Duties; Accept incoming garments and prepare those Items to go through the automated cleaning facility.
We apply heat seal bar code to items, and using an easy to learn point of Purchase Computer we describe and price each item.
Check all completed orders for accuracy.
Accept payment from customers.
Applicant will be trained to answer questions concerning Alterations and repairs, wedding gowns, leather cleaning and all aspects of our business.
Applicant must be able to work alone after training.
