We are a professional and agile transportation & rental company.
We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and help coordinate our transportation services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the progress of vehicles, scheduling trips, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and an understanding of customer service principles.
Schedule:
Thurs-Fri-Sat 6 PM - 6 AM
Sunday 6 PM - 12 PM
Responsibilities:
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
* Knowledge of Computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties
* Ability to multitask with different and sometimes confilicting events happening at the same time
* Ability to relay information in a fast paced environment
* Scheduling and dispatching drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests or immediate needs.
* Relaying information such as work orders, directions or other information to drivers.
* Keeping and organizing customer requests, completed work orders, container inventories.
* Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Maps
* Weighmaster certificate a plus
