1987 coachman 24 foot camper (Dillonvale)

1987 24' fifth wheel camper.
I bought it 13 years ago.
Put new tires, axles, and brakes on it.
We used it for 3 years, winterized it and it has been sitting since.
Everything worked it it when it was parked.
It now has water damage in the rear bathroom and over the bulkhead.
A raccoon moved in to it and made a mess of the inside.
Could be fixed up,,,, used as a hunting cabin,,, or has an excellent frame for a trailer.
I have the title if needed.
It is road worthy.
