Title Abstractor
Small but busy law office is seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform day-to-day searches of records at multiple courthouses, compile a report of the findings according to instruction and obtain requested document copies.
The perfect candidate will be experienced in and have working knowledge of real estate industry documentation and their effects against real property.
They must be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and answer to phone, email and text inquiries.
Also, strong time-management is necessary in order to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and strict standards.
Candidate will be required to demonstrate moderate computer and typing skills in Microsoft Office, email programs and internet browsers.
Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license will be required due to traveling to and from local courthouses.
Salary is based on experience.
