SUMMARY
Responsible for providing leadership support to the Gatsby Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
An understanding of the POS System.
Daily monitoring of budgets and labor control.
Provide operational relief to staff when needed while stressing quality, courtesy, and service to staff to insure 100% guest satisfaction.
Responsible for conducting staff payroll, tip reports, scheduling, training and ensuring proper coverage is maintained at all times.

Responsible for handling Gatsby Restaurant customer service complaints and team member issues in a professional manner.
Assists in training, discipline, and evaluation of Gatsby Restaurant team members.
All other duties as assigned.
REPORTING LINE
You will report directly to the Manager of F&B Operations then to the Director of F&B.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
Must be able to work flexible hours including daylight, evening, weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of the food & beverage industry will be helpful.
You will need the ability to read, write and understand simple instruction.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong verbal communication skills.
You will need to be available to work all shifts.
The ability to work in a fast –paced environment and stressful situations.
You must be at least 21 years old.
You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.
EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years’ experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES
Helpful to be TIPS and Food Handlers certified, if not training will be provided.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
You will need to be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
The ability to push, pull, kneel, twist, carry and lift up to 30 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements.
