Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store.
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless sales and sales management, as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise store staff, including conducting employee orientation and ongoing training
- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with assistant managers to delegate tasks and responsibilities
Experience:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or sales management is required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, recruiting, and training employees
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
