*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* * Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements * Take accurate measurements * Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material according to measurements * Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings * Lay out flooring, roofing or drywall ensuring they are level and compatible * Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance * Load or unload construction materials * Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as ladders or scaffolding * Work with little supervision * Perform site clean-up * Work indoors and outdoors as required * Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management *Qualifications:* _To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duty _ _satisfactorily.

_ * Must have proven knowledge and experience as a carpenter * Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction * Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.
) * Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times * Must be able to lift, twist, push, pull, climb, crawl, bend, and carry throughout the shift * Good math skills for measuring and cutting * Works well independently and as a team * Eager and willing to learn new trades from our team *Physical Requirements:* _The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by _ _an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

*Work Hours:* The Carpenter will be required to work 40 hours a week.

This is an hourly position with rate of pay based on experience.
