Role Description Form Energy is hiring a Facilities Engineer to support engineering projects and improvements for its Form Factory 1 location.
You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design, plan, and implement facility upgrades and improvements.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about sustainability, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
This opportunity is based out of Form Energy's Weirton,WV facility.

What you'll do: Design and execute engineering projects for facility improvements, emphasizing energy efficiency, sustainability, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve facility-related issues and challenges.
Help develop maintenance strategies for facilities equipment.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and analyses to ensure projects meet operational, budgetary, and environmental objectives.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Form Energy to develop project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure all projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and environmental regulations, promoting safety and sustainability.
Champion continuous improvement by leveraging insights from project outcomes to enhance future initiatives.
What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related role.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility-related infrastructure.
Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Professional Engineering (P.
E.
) license or the pursuit thereof is highly regarded.
Ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
