Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducts self according to the UNIFIED Way.
Performs all functions of Accounts Payables.
Answers incoming phone calls and serve as backup switchboard operator.
Prepares and enters Accounts Payable on Quickbooks and Prologue, verifies that invoices have been approved, and balances in accordance with procedures, and verifies that invoices have been approved as required.
Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the bank’s compliance with all regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Lending Regulations, Deposit Regulations, etc.
Abides by the current laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal discriminatory behavior in the work place.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in business/accounting or combination of experience and skills
· Prior Accounting experience
· General computer skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets
Work Requirements:
Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
Pleasant telephone manner
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using an adding machine
Data entry skills
Detail orientated
Ability to lift 40 pounds
