ON-SITE PROJECT COST CONTROL ANALYST

We are seeking a detail-oriented On-Site Project Cost Control Analyst to be an integral part of our team, ensuring the financial success of our project in Weirton, WV.
This is an 18-24 month temporary position.
What You'll Be Doing:
As an On-Site Project Cost Control Analyst, you will work closely with our Project Management to maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating on the maintenance of project budgets.
Monitoring project expenses including labor and material and analyzing variances.
Conducting financial analyses and presenting reports to stakeholders.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing recommendations.
Preparing monthly time and material billings.
Ensuring the team adheres to contract requirements and takes on additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
5+ years of experience in project cost control or financial analysis in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
Effective communication skills to convey financial information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing your excellent computer aptitude.
Experience with Viewpoint by VISTA preferred but not required.
Willingness to work on-site.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
