SUMMARY:
Loan Operations services and supports all loan areas of the bank beginning with data entry of new loans and maintaining existing loans through payoff.
Loan Operations strives to provide excellent internal and external customer support for existing business and consumer loans.
Responsible for monitoring hazard and flood insurance to ensure adequate coverage is maintained on loans as needed.
Forced-placed insurance coverage processing as needed.
Responsible for the payment of escrowed real estate taxes for loans and monitoring delinquent real estate taxes, paying delinquent real estate taxes as needed and redeeming properties as appropriate.
LOCATION:
This position is hybrid.
The employee is split between remote and office work on a formalized schedule.
Consideration for location will be Bank Plaza, Wheeling, WV.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cancellation monitoring on hazard insurance for real estate secured properties
Force placement of insurance for cancelled hazard insurance, as needed
Non real estate collateral insurance monitoring (commerical vehicles, inventory, etc.
)
Internal customer support and telephone calls relative to group responsibilities.
Monitor deliquent taxes for real estate secured properties.
Monitor and maintain redemption and payment processing of delinquent real estate taxes.
Other duties may be assigned.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing.
You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Basic accounting skills including understanding of debit and credit functions.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, and volume.
Ability to enter data in computer operating system and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Possess basic keyboard and typing skills.
