Title Researcher

*Job Description* Harbinger Land is looking for experienced title agents based in the Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania area to assist with mineral title research.
Local proximity and the ability to occasionally travel to visit sites and landowners are required.

*Roles and Responsibilities* * Coordinate with the land manager to complete mineral title research * Research and acquire landowner contact info and title ownership * Visit county courthouses in the area order to obtain documents unavailable online.
*Required Experience* * 5+ years experience in land title research minimum * Expertise with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets * Experience working with cloud-based storage systems *Bonus Points If You Have* * GIS experience * Local community and government relationships Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $75,000.
00 - $81,250.
